Please understand that we are a family, not a factory and we do this to try and make people happy.
In the event of your choice being out of stock, we will try
to contact you, and if unsuccessful substitute a similar balloon choice. In the
event of us being unable to fulfil your order, and unable to contact you,
we will send a similar balloon gift via a colleague from the Qualatex Balloon
Network, or refund your money in full.
Payment is taken
via the Nochex and PayPal SSL secure transaction sites. Please visit www.nochex.co.uk
or www.paypal.co.uk for more details on their extensive security
procedures.
We cannot be held
responsible for incorrect information being supplied by the customer. We will
not be held responsible or liable for failed or late deliveries due to incorrect
information being provided by the customer.
By submission of the order
the customer accepts the terms and conditions and Creative Balloons through
PayPal to take payment for balloons selected.
Deliveries
We cannot deliver or
despatch on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays.

Guaranteed Next day
packages require a signature, if the recipient is not there to receive the
package, a card will be left notifying of the delivery attempt. Packages cannot
be left unattended. Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address
it is no longer the responsibility of Creative Balloons. Refunds cannot be given
if the balloon is not passed onto the named recipient. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE
ORDERING IF THE HOSPITAL WILL ACCEPT YOUR GIFT.
Late deliveries are those
which arrive on the day after the stipulated delivery date. Should your package
arrive late, we will refund the cost of the Royal Mail delivery service chosen.
Special delivery
guarantees delivery the next working day to all but a few remote areas of
Scotland.

We cannot guarantee a time but package should arrive
by 1pm or by 9am if the Premium Plus service has been chosen.
By
virtue of the Distance Selling Regulations once the goods have been dispatched we
are exempt from giving cancellation rights as the goods we are
providing are perishable with a limited life expectancy.
Creative Balloons cannot be held
responsible for extremes of temperature and weather conditions that could affect
the inflation properties of the gas or for orders delayed through circumstances
beyond our control, for example by extremely bad weather, Royal Mail strikes,
Airport staff strikes, Terrorist attacks / Prevention or war.
Royal Mail does
transport some of its post by air within the UK and may store parcels in cold
temperatures, this may cause the helium to deflate, when placed in a warm
environment the helium expands again. Unfortunately we are unable to prevent
this from occurring and cannot be held responsible.
Claims for gifts that
are delivered damaged must be reported within 2 days of delivery date.
If you do not return the goods to us for inspection
we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement.
We cannot guarantee
the time period that the balloon will stay inflated for, but the average time
for an 18 inch balloon is approx 6-8 days, and in many cases longer, however
much depends upon the environment it is in. The balloon may deflate slightly if
the temperature drops, however, as the temperature of the room increases, the
helium in the balloon will expand and the balloon will fill once
again.
