Q. I need more than 1,000 balloons, can you do this?
A. Yes, If you need more than 1,000 balloons or any further options, please email us direct for a quote.
Q. How long will my balloons take to print?
A. We normally ask for a minimum of 7-10 days to supply balloons, however we can work faster. As a family run business we work evenings and weekends, so we can sometimes accommodate express orders over weekends and bank holidays.
Q. Are there any extra or hidden costs to pay?
A. No. We have included all the set up costs, delivery and other fees into the price given. Our prices are not subject to VAT, so the price listed is the price you pay. The only extras are the ones you request and the prices are all listed here.
Q. Can you send me a sample of my balloon before you start the print run?
A. Due to the set-up costs, we only print the minimum stated in our price list. We will send you a proof of the artwork by e-mail for you to check before we start printing.
Q. Can I have multicoloured balloons?
A. Yes. You can have the same colour ink on multicoloured balloons at no extra cost. You can also reverse the balloon/ink colour for an extra £5.
Q. Do you supply helium?
A. Unless you are very local to us (Cambridgeshire) we cannot offer this service. However most florists and party shops local to you do. We can supply you with balloon sticks for children to hold air-inflated balloons, or we can print your balloons “neck up” for hanging.
Q. Can I reproduce a colour photo on a balloon?
A. We can take a colour photograph and reproduce this as a monochrome image in any coloured ink, but printing on balloons is very different to printing on paper. It is impossible to “4 colour spot print” onto balloons, so colour photos cannot be printed onto latex balloons.
Q. Can I speak to someone to go through my design?
A. You can call us on 01638 780171. We are a family run business so you can often get us in the evenings and at weekends, however during office hours it is often easier to e-mail with your questions.
Q. Do you do charity discount?
A. We offer everyone the best price we can, which is the price shown on this site. If you are local to us, we can help you raise funds by organising a balloon race for you, call or e-mail us for more details.
